Our comprehensive headache treatment center for children and adolescents offers specialized headache care for young people, emphasizing the medical concerns of children. We understand that the treatment of headache in kids is different from that in adults: school attendance, drug side effects and emotional impact of chronic pain all must be addressed in the context of the maturing child. The treatment of pain is carried out in a comprehensive, holistic fashion, recognizing that many children with chronic pain need not just one intervention, but lifestyle changes, medication and even behavioral therapies.
